Our PHOX wedding coordinators will schedule 2 meetings with you to work out all of the final details from timing to where the DJ will sit. This happens during 1 coordination meeting and 1 final venue walk before the wedding.
We will also take over vendor communication in the last month to give you a break, we run your wedding rehearsal and to ensure everything run s smoothly the entire wedding day.
